The facility will be available to groups wishing to hold private parties for $150/hr. In addition, any group that has more than 100 people in attendance will be charged an extra $1 for every person in excess of 100. A deposit of $50 will be required when reserving the facility and will be applied to the total cost of renting the pool. All fees must be paid prior to using the facility. All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event or the deposit will be forfeited.
Private parties will be scheduled outside of normal operating hours with management approval. Private parties will be available on most weekdays from 7-9 p.m. and weekends from 7-9 p.m., unless special arrangements have been made with management.
Private parties include use of the aquatic facility, lifeguards, and the normal use of the sound system. An additional fee of $50 will be required if the use of the concession stand is requested, and a $40 fee will be assessed if there is a request for the use of Water Wars. Alcoholic beverages will not be allowed at the pool at any time.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS REGARDING USE OF THE FACILITY
• Commercial activity or sales within the aquatics facility will not be permitted.
• The person or group renting the facility must be the one using the facility. It may not be subleased to any other person or group.
• The City reserves the right to limit the number of times any person or group may rent the facility.
